Shipping & Packaging Charges

Packaging charges and transportation (freight/shipping) costs are not included in the product price.

These charges are calculated separately based on product size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location. Niraj Art will communicate the exact packaging and delivery charges within 3–4 hours after order confirmation, after coordinating with logistics partners to ensure accurate pricing.
This process ensures transparent and precise costing, so that customers are informed in advance and no additional or unexpected charges are incurred later.

Payment Terms
An advance payment of 75% of the total order value is required to confirm the order.
The remaining 25% balance along with packaging charges must be paid prior to dispatch of the product.
Niraj Art reserves the right to withhold shipment until full payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped through reliable express courier/logistics partners.
The estimated delivery timeline will be shared along with the shipping cost within 3–4 hours after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Packaging
Standard packaging is included for small-sized products.
For large, fragile, or heavy products, additional packaging and handling charges will apply to ensure safe transit and secure delivery.

Product Delivery, Quality Check & Damage Policy
Niraj Art ensures that every product is carefully checked, packed, and delivered with complete transparency and safety.

Before dispatch, we provide full quality assurance, including product photos or videos for customer approval. If required, a video call verification may also be arranged. Additionally, a packaging video is shared to demonstrate secure packing. Customer approval at this stage shall be considered as final confirmation of the product’s quality, design, and specifications.

We strive to provide open box delivery wherever supported by the courier service, allowing customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Customers are advised to check the product carefully upon receipt. Delivery will be considered accepted once the product is received in satisfactory condition.

In case of any damage during transit, Niraj Art will take responsibility, provided the issue is reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customers must provide a clear unboxing video and supporting photographs as proof. Claims without proper evidence within the specified time may not be accepted.

Upon verification, Niraj Art will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation, at its sole discretion.
