Return & Exchange
Returns or replacements will only be considered in cases where the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, subject to verification as per the damage policy.

Cancellation & Refund
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is received within this period, a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable transaction/payment gateway charges.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, as production or order processing may have commenced.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.
